1. PURPOSE OF THE POLICY

1.1 FinOne Industries India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "FinOne") is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for its employees, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders. We are dedicated to the core principle of diversity and inclusion, ensuring a workplace free from all forms of discrimination, intimidation, exploitation, and harassment. Our approach upholds a standard of zero tolerance for any form of discrimination at work, with every individual expected to treat others with respect and dignity.

1.2 This Inclusion and Diversity Policy is designed to integrate diversity across FinOne's core business units, including the primary divisions of Software Development, OEM Solutions, and Automation and Control Components. The Policy aligns with FinOne's vision for long-term success, ensuring an enriched workforce that enhances creativity, innovation, and performance across the organization.

2. SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE POLICY

2.1 This policy applies to all individuals associated with FinOne, including but not limited to managers, supervisors, full-time, part-time or casual staff, temporary or permanent employees, job candidates, contractors, sub-contractors, volunteers, and any other representative of FinOne.

2.2 FinOne aims to:

  • Enhance innovation by building a diverse workforce across key divisions, ensuring representation from varied backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Provide better services by reflecting the demographic diversity of the communities in which we operate.

  • Integrate diversity principles into recruitment, development, and employee relations practices.

2.3 All FinOne representatives must adhere to the standards set forth in this policy and contribute to maintaining an inclusive environment.

2.4 Non-compliance with this policy will result in appropriate disciplinary action, including potential termination of employment or engagement.

3. DEFINITIONS

3.1 Diversity refers to the visible and invisible differences among individuals, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender identity, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, and other aspects of personal or social identity.

3.2 Inclusion means ensuring all FinOne representatives have equal access to opportunities and are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity, without barriers related to their background or identity.

3.3 FinOne Person refers to any employee, contractor, volunteer, or representative of FinOne Industries India Private Limited.

4. COMPANY'S APPROACH AND PRACTICES

4.1 FinOne is dedicated to building a workforce that reflects diverse talent and backgrounds while upholding merit and achievement as primary factors in staffing decisions.

4.2 Key Initiatives:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Ensuring recruitment processes are fair and provide equal opportunities for candidates from diverse backgrounds.

  • Workplace Environment: Promoting a respectful and inclusive culture by providing training and tools to manage diversity effectively.

  • Gender & Diversity Targets: Setting measurable goals for gender representation at all leadership levels, particularly in Software Development, OEM Solutions, and Automation and Control Components.

4.3 FinOne will integrate diversity considerations into business operations to promote innovation, employee satisfaction, and customer relationships.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Employees and Contractors: All personnel must actively contribute to maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment, demonstrating respect for all individuals and addressing any exclusionary behavior.

5.2 Managers & Supervisors:

  • Ensure recruitment, performance evaluation, and compensation processes are free from bias.

  • Foster a work environment where diversity is valued and promoted.

  • Engage in regular training and discussions on the importance of inclusion and diversity.

6. COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE

6.1 Establishment of Committee: A diverse Complaints Committee will be constituted to address complaints regarding any form of discrimination or exclusion. This committee will handle all such matters in a confidential and timely manner, ensuring the fairness of the investigation.

6.2 Complaint Handling: Any complaints made under this policy will be reviewed by the Complaints Committee, with timely action to resolve issues as per the internal processes.

7. INQUIRY PROCESS

7.1 Upon receipt of a complaint, the Complaints Committee will investigate the issue confidentially and impartially, ensuring all parties involved are heard. The Committee will determine the appropriate course of action based on the findings.

7.2 Non-Retaliation: No employee or representative will face retaliation for filing a complaint under this policy.

8. ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN

8.1 Individuals found to have violated the Inclusion and Diversity Policy will face disciplinary actions that may range from warnings to termination, depending on the severity of the violation.

8.2 Appropriate action will be determined based on the investigation and the organization's legal framework.

9. PRINCIPLES TO BE FOLLOWED

11. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

11.1 Periodic Review: The effectiveness of this policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and continues to support FinOne's diversity and inclusion objectives.

11.2 Compliance with Laws: FinOne will ensure compliance with all local and international anti-discrimination laws applicable to the jurisdictions where the company operates.
