Shipping Policy
1. Scope & Eligibility
FinOne Industries India Private Limited supplies highly specialized automotive components, including high-performance engines and advanced OEM solutions, exclusively to select customers. Our products are not available for general retail or public purchase. This shipping policy applies only to authorized clients who have entered into formal agreements with FinOne Industries India Private Limited.
2. Order Processing & Lead Time
Orders are processed only after formal confirmation from our sales team and necessary compliance checks.
Lead times vary based on the complexity of the product, customization requirements, and production schedules. Estimated lead times will be communicated during the order confirmation process.
Expedited processing may be available for critical orders, subject to feasibility and prior approval.
3. Shipping Methods & Logistics
Shipping is conducted via pre-approved logistics partners with experience in handling high-value, specialized components.
Depending on the nature of the order, we offer air, sea, or ground transport options. The preferred shipping method will be determined based on customer requirements, regulatory constraints, and cost-efficiency.
Customers may opt for self-arranged logistics, subject to FinOne Industries’ approval.
4. Packaging & Handling
All products are packed with industry-standard protective materials to ensure safety during transit.
Special packaging may be required for highly sensitive components, which will be determined based on product specifications.
Clients will be notified of any specific handling instructions upon dispatch.
5. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or global supply chain disruptions.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics provider. Insurance coverage can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.
6. Customs & Compliance
All international shipments comply with relevant export control regulations, and customers are responsible for securing any necessary import permits.
Duties, taxes, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
FinOne Industries reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location restricted by trade regulations.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a proven defect attributable to manufacturing or transit damage.
Cancellations after order confirmation may incur charges depending on the production stage.
Any request for order modifications must be communicated as early as possible and is subject to approval.
